Application for pre-crushed, hard/rigid regrind scraps such as bottles,milk bottles, pipes, containers and lumps in the form of granules. Applicable materials are mainly HDPE, LDPE, PP, PA, PC, PU, PBU, ABS and others.

>> Water ring die face cutting or strand die pelletizing type are available depending on preference
>> HDPE bottle flakes or hard regrind flake can be directly put into the main machine for granulation.
>> The HDPE bottle flake granulation line is equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet and PLC operating system, which is easier to operate and stable performance.

>> Water-ring pelletizer, pelletizing speed is controlled by inverter,including hot cutting die, diverter cone, water-ring cover,knife holder,knife disc,knife bar etc
>>Non-stop hydraulic screen changer, there is a pressure sensor on the die head to prompt screen change, no need to stop for screen change, and fast screen change

Vertical dewatering Machine unit
>> The pellets will be cut directly on the water-ring die head, and pellets will be fed to the Vertical dewatering machine after water cooled, the problem of strands breakage will not occur;
