A: We have the blade material: 9CrSi, SKD-11, D2. But we don’t suggest to use D2 blade for plastic recycling. Because D2 hardness is very strong, easy to be broken while meets impurity,like stone, iron etc
A: The exact working hours of blades depends on the raw material you cut. Take PET Bottle for example: 9CrSi---30hours; SKD-11---40~70hours
A: Blades saving: After times using, the rotary blades are worn too much to use, you can install such rotary blades to the place of stable blades for continuous using. It saves about the cost about USD3900 per year (9CrSi blade material as example).
The output is 2 times higher than the ordinary crusher of the same model, and it is suitable for wet and dry crushing.
